I have seen this book on the official site, it seems to be a book about Asterix and is available in French, English and Dutch, but does anyone have it or know what it is like?

yes. This is the official catalog to the Asterix exhibition "The mirror world" shown in Brussels September 2005 to January 2006. It is available only in one version, which is written in all the 3 languages you mentioned at the same time. But it is available in a hardcover and a softcover version.
